Bump the Traditional Balloon...

This is wayyy better- a DIY balloon/yarn decor. I'd make this for more than just a birthday- Maybe to hang in my room or sun room. LOVE IT! To create this you select a yarn color of your choice dip it in a water/glue mixture and wrap around a blown up balloon. Once its completely dried, pop the ballon and voila!
