Red Wine Lollipops??Word??!

Hello All! I know its been awhile since I've posted on here (been super busy, about to pack my bags and move to the other side of the word-no big deal) but with Valentines Day around the corner, I thought I would share my find of the day. Check out these amazing red wine lollies *droools*. I am a huge wine fan, and well these red wine candies just caught my eye. For all you who want give some extra sugar for your sweetie this year, maybe this could be it ;)!

In Memory of 9/11

This Sunday marks the 10th anniversary of the most tragic day known to mankind. The Newseum is holding an exhibit ,"War on Terror", to commemorate those whose lives were lost and to retell the story. If you're going to be in the D.C this weekend, I recommend the trip. Usually there is a $20 admissions fee, but only for this weekend the entrance is free. The exhibit hold artifacts from the attack to the World Trade Center including pieces of the engines and gear of United Airlines Flight 175, which hit the South Tower. Cellphones and other devices found in the rubble are displayed as well. Even the shoes used by Richard Reid in his failed airplane shoe bombing are displayed.

Perfect for these Rainy Days...

Looks like labor day really kicked off the fall season extra early. Well to accompany the movies, sweats, and sweets that comes with those rainy days--how about a delicious spiced chai concentrate? And I am Back...with a taste of ESPAIN!

So it's been awhile huh? Well as my first post back from eurolandia, I thought I would share a bit of one of my favorite things overseas-SANGRIA . It is also the perfect summer sipper closely followed by margs. With a few days shy from fall-you have to try some of the following sangria concotions while you can.

Yes, I am off to Europe for the next 3 weeks! But, I will be back soon enough and Im sure with a lot to blog about :). Enjoy the last days of summer!
